The store management plays an integral part at Domino’s Pizza. Managers are trained and required to handle all aspects of managing the business; from the preparation of food to the delivery of the final product, hiring, and the profit and loss. Responsibilities:

Manage the day to day operational activities of the HR Department including recruitment, manpower planning, payroll, compensation & benefits, training & development and industrial relation
Ensure that all activities relating to the HR function comply with legal requirements and relavant labor law/Employment Act
Ensure consistent implemention and review of policies and procedures relating to HR matters

Requirements:

Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent
Preferably with 2 -4 years' working experience in related field

Responsibilities:

Area Supervision of Domino’s Pizza restaurants in accordance with the Company’s KPI
To build sales in the restaurant in order to meet area targets
Plan & execute action plans on hiring of team members
To assist in customer complaints in regards to product satisfaction, delivery and other matters arising
To supervise team members training and execute team members evaluation & career development
Plan, organize and execute task relating to new restaurants openings

SENIOR MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:

To execute the full spectrum of Marketing aspects of the business in Singapore
To coordinate with advertising agencies on promotional matters /local executions with the approval from head of marketing
To audit marketing execution at stores i.e. placements, conditions, contents
To source for local suppliers for materials and audit marketing supplier performance in terms of quality of materials
To provide input/report on market competitions
To organize, coordinate and execute deliveries of marketing materials to all stores
To prepare and ensure timely submission of report to HQ Malaysia
To provide source of information on Singapore QSR business specifically and the market in general
To provide input on the most relevant advertising platforms for Singapore
To coordinate and monitor/manage the inventory for store marketing support items such as stores flyers, box toppers etc
To audit Singpost lodgement activities, contractor drop activities and store activities in terms of SF,L&R drop, wobble boarding etc

COMMISSARY MANAGER

Responsibilities:

To oversee and direct all production activities with the highest standard and ensure that operations meet the prerequisite compliance in terms food safety and hygiene
To coordinate all off-site storage and distribution and operate within departmental budget
Manage delivery schedule and transporter to support distribution needs effectively and efficiently ensuring integrity of all temperature-sensitive raw materials and finished goods are maintained
Accountable for accuracy of inventory movements and controls, as well to conduct stock take audit at 3rd party warehouse
Liaise with supplier on supply matters and play a role in sourcing for potential supplier
Liaise with outlets operations teams and continuously seek opportunities for improving external & internal processes of the supply chain
Allocating and managing staff resources according to changing needs implementing health and safety procedures and managing staff training issue
Analyzing data to monitor performance and plan improvements by
reviewing all issues/gaps reported through monthly and quarterly MIS reviews

Requirements:

5+ years of Logistics experience with Retail / FMCG / consumer goods 0r 3PL companies
Excellent verbal & written communication skills

Proficiency in MS Office and any ERP system is essential

TRAINING EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:

Conduct and manage restaurant based training for Managers (up to senior restaurant manager level) and Team Members at Domino’s Pizza restaurants across Singapore –
      New Employee Orientation,
      Technical & Soft Skill Training
      Performance Evaluation
      Certification

Conduct group training for new Managers.
Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify/improve existing programs
Develop and manage training tools which includes training manuals, job aids, multimedia visual aids and other educational materials
Ensure all restaurants are properly equipped to train utilizing the current training tools & programs
Schedule, coordinate and conduct managers’ certification up to Senior Restaurant Manager level
Ensure that assigned training team delivers training and execute training plans effectively and according to standards
Schedule, coordinate and conduct training classes
Assist with new product roll out training and distribution/setup of materials and job aids
Works towards achieving positive training KPI’s
Assist in managing the monthly Manager and Assistant Manager Rallies and other events.

Requirements:

Experience as a Restaurant Manager will be an advantage.

OPERATION ADMIN ASSISTANT

Responsibilities:

Handling day-to-day Operations related matters
Summarize operations managers / district managers weekly planner and visitation checklist
Update operations managers / district managers submission tracking summary
Manage and summarize uniforms requisition record
Keep track of store and customer complaint and follow-up on email
Update store’s monthly result and keep track of stores key performance indicator report
To assist in preparation of monthly Operations event such as food & beverage arrangement and presentation materials
Ensure proper filing of correspondences, reports and other relevant documents for follow-up and easy retrieving.
In charge of Operations staff’s leave management and personal claim submission

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support in the Logistics Department and the Company's purchasing needs
Handle phone enquiries on customers order
Prepare delivery orders
Process purchase orders and compile quotations
Liaise with warehouse, customers and suppliers
Prepare weekly, monthly reports and compile weekly documents for submission to HQ
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by department head

Requirements:

Minimum GCE'O/A' Level and above
